We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can generate high-quality leads and appointments through digital channels.
MISSION
Generate qualified leads consistently and profitably.
You are not responsible for social media vanity metrics.
You are responsible for helping the company acquire qualified prospects who are interested in our services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Paid Advertising
• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage TikTok Ads campaigns
• Explore and test Zalo Ads and other emerging channels
• Build lead generation funnels
• Optimize conversion rates and cost per lead
2. Funnel Development
• Design and improve landing pages
• Create lead magnets and lead capture campaigns
• Develop webinar registration funnels
• Develop consultation booking funnels
• Improve appointment conversion rates
3. Tracking & Analytics
• Set up Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Monitor campaign performance daily
• Produce weekly performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI
4. CRM & Lead Management
• Ensure leads are properly integrated into CRM
• Monitor lead quality
• Work closely with sales and advisors to improve lead qualification
• Analyze lead-to-client conversion rates
5. Growth & Experimentation
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, channels and offers
• Identify new traffic sources
• Explore AI tools and automation opportunities
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes

• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Cost Per Appointment (CPA)
• Qualified Leads Generated
• Appointment Show-Up Rate
• Lead-to-Client Conversion Rate
• Marketing ROI
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong experience with Google Ads
• Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns
• Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with data and KPIs
