Superpowers You Will Need
- 0–1 year of experience in running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads). Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly in paid media.
- Strong analytical skills – you love Excel, Google Analytics, and decoding campaign data.
- Basic knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- A/B testing mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager) is a big plus.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude in working with content/design teams.
- A sharp eye for detail and results – you know that small tweaks can lead to big wins.
