Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
Track, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular performance reports, highlight key findings, and propose optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Implement and manage tracking solutions, including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement tools to ensure accurate performance monitoring.
Conduct research on audience behavior, market trends, competitors, and emerging digital advertising opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account, Content, Creative, Design, and Media teams, to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
Support testing initiatives such as A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audience development, and conversion optimization.
Stay updated with platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance, workflow efficiency, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, Paid Media, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Good understanding of advertising strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.
Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or similar reporting and analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Good planning, research, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
