About the Role

We are building an independent Content Team dedicated to performance marketing.

We are looking for a Performance Creative Specialist (Video-focused) to drive high-impact creative production.

This role focuses on executing performance-driven video content at scale, leveraging strong hands-on expertise and modern AI-powered workflows.

Senior candidates with strong potential may be considered and promoted to Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Develop and execute video-first creative strategies for paid digital campaigns.
  • Build scalable creative frameworks including hooks, messaging angles, and testing matrices.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with performance KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Translate campaign data and performance insights into actionable creative improvements.

2. Video-Focused Production

  • Conceptualize and oversee the production of short-form performance videos (630s ads).
  • Maintain high standards in creative quality, production speed, and output consistency.
  • Provide direction on storytelling structure, editing style, pacing, and hook optimization to maximize engagement and conversion.

3. AI-Driven Creative Workflow

  • Integrate AI-powered tools into the content creation process (video generation, scripting, visual enhancement, and workflow automation).
  • Improve production efficiency through AI-supported creative processes.
  • Continuously explore and experiment with new AI tools to increase creative scalability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Media Buyers to align creative testing strategies.
  • Support campaign scaling through data-driven creative iteration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Product teams when required.

Requirements

  • Must-Have
  • 3 - 5+ years experience in digital creative production, with strong focus on video ads
  • Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing & creative testing
  • Experience integrating AI tools into content workflows
  • Data-driven mindset and fast execution capability

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience working in performance-heavy industries (fintech, mobile apps)
  • Experience managing high-volume creative production environments
  • Strong understanding of Meta/TikTok ad ecosystems
