Job Description

Location: VSIP III Industrial Park (formerly Binh Duong, shuttle bus available from various pick-up locations)

Our client, a global leader in the jewellery industry, is looking for an experienced total rewards specialist to delivery effective compensation, benefits, and performance reward programs.

Key Responsibilities

A. Performance & Rewards

  • Support end-to-end performance and rewards processes to ensure alignment between reward programs and individual performance.
  • Maintain accurate organization structure and performance setup in the HRMS before appraisal cycles.
  • Validate employee eligibility and ensure accurate input of performance data (productivity, OT, attendance) into HRMS.
  • Consolidate performance ratings and support distribution guidelines using z-score analysis.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports, policies, and communication materials.
  • Communicate performance criteria, timelines, and processes to employees.
  • Support annual salary review, promotion, and compensation adjustment processes.
  • Participate in salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive reward structures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies.

B. Benefits & Well-being

  • Design and implement employee wellness programs covering physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Coordinate wellness activities, insurance programs, and external providers.
  • Provide employee support and guidance on health and well-being matters.
  • Conduct workshops on wellness topics such as stress management and mental health.
  • Monitor and report wellness program effectiveness and participation.
  • Manage insurance claims and ensure accurate data maintenance.
  • Act as a contact point for employee benefits and insurance inquiries.

C. Mobility

  • Support work permit and visa processes for international assignments and relocations.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • +3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Performance & Rewards
  • Strong knowledge of job leveling, compensation structures, and performance management
  • Experience in salary review, bonus, and incentive programs is an advantage
  • Familiar with HRMS systems (e.g., BIPO) and handling large data sets
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
