This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for a Performance Ads Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign data, and ensuring ample return on investment. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting and executing ad strategies, conducting performance testing, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align performance advertising efforts with broader business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proven capability in Data Analysis.
• Expertise in Performance Management and the ability to execute Performance Testing effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines.
