Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the nationwide Perfect Store program.
- Develop and implement in-store execution, merchandising, and visibility standards across all trade channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve field execution quality through audits, SFA insights, and market visits.
- Drive the sales organization to consistently achieve execution standards related to availability, visibility, share of shelf, and activation.
- Act as the subject matter expert on retail execution, partnering closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
- Lead initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening execution capabilities and enhancing brand presence at the point of sale.
- Foster a culture of execution excellence across the sales organization.
Job requirements
Education & major
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Preference given to majors related to business such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related majors.
Experience
- Senior Manager: Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in multinational companies or large-scale enterprises in dairy, food, or FMCG industries; dairy industry experience is highly preferred
- Senior Executive: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in multinational companies or large-scale enterprises in dairy, food, or FMCG industries; dairy industry experience is highly preferred
Professional knowledge & Skills
- Strong experience and knowledge in managing commercial activities related to modern trade chains
- Good understanding of brand and category management within Modern Trade environments.
- Proven ability to build and develop strong collaborative relationships with customers and business partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
