The People Partner (Expert/ Senior Expert Level) is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and aligning the people agenda with business objectives. Acting as a trusted people advisor and employee advocate, the Talent Partner anticipates and addresses HR needs, collaborates with stakeholders to develop integrated solutions, and drives value-added initiatives that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment agenda, from sourcing, interview and candidate evaluation to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through recruitment events & relevant initiatives.
- Analyze hiring metrics and market trends to improve processes and ensure quality hires.
- Manage complex recruitment roles, including collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, delivering HR guidance and solutions aligned with business goals.
- Analyze workforce data to drive HR programs, policies, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Resolve employee relations issues through thorough, objective investigations and guidance.
- Provide consultation in performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Involve & lead other transformation HR projects & initiatives to drive business impacts.
- Assess and address training needs, ensuring employees are equipped for success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, or related HR roles.
- Strong experience in diverse recruitment including both critical & senior roles
- Good experience of HR disciplines, including employment law, employee relations, compensation, diversity, and performance management.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
- Proven ability to manage projects and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
