Talent Acquisition (TA)
You will:
- Translate business strategy into hiring plans
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles
- Build proactive pipelines in competitive talent markets
- Elevate hiring standards and candidate experience
You bring:
- Strong stakeholder management capability
- Experience recruiting mid-to-senior roles
- Structured funnel ownership and data-driven hiring decisions
Organization Development (OD)
You will:
- Support organization design and team effectiveness initiatives
- Contribute to performance management and capability development programs
- Analyze workforce insights to strengthen organizational health
- Partner cross-functionally on people transformation initiatives
You bring:
- Experience in organizational design, L&D, or performance frameworks
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Ability to operate across functions and influence outcomes
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
You will:
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and execution
- Support performance, engagement, and workforce planning
- Navigate complex people situations with maturity and sound judgment
- Align team capability with business priorities
You bring:
- Experience supporting business units in dynamic environments
- Strong influencing and advisory capability
