Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HRBP with outstanding leadership skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts for IT positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience as an HRBP in software development.
- +3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
