Job Overview
As aPeople & Culture Generalist, you will be primarily responsible for building, developing, and continuously enhancing the employee experience at Lihuhu.
You will be accountable for daily people operations and for directly implementing People initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to capability development, talent retention, and Employee Experience & Engagement activities.
In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to review and improve processes, support team capability development, and accompany the organisation in adapting to the fast-paced growth and creative nature of the mobile gaming industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers/Product Owners to plan recruitment needs based on project requirements (headcount, timelines, and sprint/release priorities).
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume/portfolio screening, interview coordination, evaluation consolidation, and candidate communication.
- Ensure recruitment processes are operated efficiently and professionally, maintaining a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.
- Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing channels, pass rates by stage) and propose improvements to recruitment channels and workflows.
- Contribute to employer branding through recruitment content and internal/external communication activities when required, with a focus on improving overall candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including checklist preparation and standardized execution.
- Monitor probation periods by managing checkpoints, collecting feedback from managers and new hires, and proposing support solutions where performance or integration challenges arise.
Employee Engagement and Experience
- Design and implement people programs across the employee lifecycle (probation and periodic reviews, learning and development initiatives, cultural value reinforcement).
- Coordinate employee engagement activities aligned with company culture (company trips, annual events, and periodic internal activities).
- Monitor and assess employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and propose initiatives to improve employee experience.
- Advise and support managers in handling common people-related situations (team communication, performance feedback, conflicts, policy violations), while escalating sensitive cases to appropriate levels when necessary.
- Deliver internal communications related to policies, processes, and operational updates to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Review and continuously improve HR processes related to employee experience (SOPs, workflows, ticketing processes).
- Collaborate with other teams to foster a positive, open, and inclusive working environment that respects diversity.
Training & Development
- Partner with Heads and Line Managers to identify training and capability development needs by role and team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of career paths and competency frameworks for company roles.
- Coordinate internal training programs, including onboarding, foundational training, cross-functional learning, and skill development initiatives.
- Support the alignment of training initiatives and career paths with performance/contribution reviews and individual development plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance employee capability and engagement.
Job Requirements
- At least2 years of professional experiencein HR Generalist, People Operations, or People & Culture roles (specialist level).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with project-based teams (Product, Tech, Art, QA, UA) in a fast-changing technology environment.
- Proven capability to design and execute recruitment strategies for assigned roles, including sourcing optimisation, screening processes, interview coordination, and candidate experience improvement.
- Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly to enhance engagement and build a sense of community.
- Effective verbal and written communication across various contexts, including large and small group discussions, internal stakeholders, external partners, and sensitive one-on-one conversations conducted neutrally and professionally.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, the ability to independently track tasks to completion, make decisions within the scope of responsibility, and take ownership of output quality.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and data handling, including spreadsheets, documentation, and HRIS or equivalent people management systems.
- Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and handle people's data with care and discretion.
- Proactive learning mindset, with interest in the mobile gaming industry and continuous updates on modern people management practices for practical application.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR-related regulations is an advantage, or readiness to learn and apply them correctly in operations.
- Experience or involvement in building career paths, competency frameworks, or performance/contribution review systems is a strong advantage.
- Proficient English communication skills for daily work.
- Experience working with international documentation and stakeholders is an added advantage.
Working Conditions
- On-site working at the company office. Address: Sarica Building B2, Sala Urban Area, An Khnh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Equipment provided: MacBook + extra screens.
- Working hours: 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday; no overtime culture.
