PE Manager position.

Working Location: Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province (near Ho Chi Minh City)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all engineering activities supporting manufacturing processes, including:
- SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
- PCB Assembly
- Final product assembly
- Process engineering, jigs, equipment, and testing systems
- Manage and develop the engineering team to ensure:
- High production efficiency
- Stable product quality
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Adapt to a production environment with mass production and frequent model changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with:
- Production Control
- Maintenance
- Quality Assurance
- Supply Chain
- Support production targets and drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above (Engineering or related fields)
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Production Engineering Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience in:
- PCBA and final assembly of electronic products
- New Product Introduction (NPI) management
- AOI, SPI, ICT, and FCT systems
- Knowledge of:
- IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001)
- Automation and Industry 4.0
- Experience in designing or using: Jigs, equipment, and testing software (mechanical & electrical)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
- Language : Required: English OR Japanese (must be able to work in at least one language)
