Liaise with sales team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute chan nel strategies aligned with company goals
Coordinate business planning processes, management reporting and strategic initiatives across PD functions
Drive product launches and alignment on partner compensation and transformation initiatives
Manage key partnerships and governance forums, ensuring alignment and issue resolution
Conduct market analysis and support development of new partnerships and strategic initiatives.
At least 1 year year working experience in Strategy Development, Business Analysis or Partnership/ Vendor management.
Exposure to working with various departments and project management
Exposure to life insurance competitive landscape and/or industry network is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Strategic: be able to improve business outcomes by applying strategic thinking and making appropriate recommendations in connection with delivery of long-term strategy.
Analytics: required to bring together large volumes of information and highlight the key themes and make recommendations for a senior executive audience.
Financials: understanding financial fundamentals and commercial drivers behind project business cases.
Change Management: positively engages with and supports, advocates, communicates and implements change.
Collaborative: Seeks to understand others contrasting perspectives in order to overcome resistance and find common ground.
Supportive: guiding and coaching project delivery teams and sponsors to implement project/program outcomes, building an environment of confidence and trust.
