Role Description
- Follow up on new sample develop for meeting customer requirement
- Customer Product Consultation
- Assessing the feasibility of the product
- Building and fostering customers relationships
- Negotiation and Resolve customers complaints
- Transfer information for related department to run mass order
- Price requirement & create PI in sample stage.
- Work directly with Global OrthoLite in the process of working
- Other tasks
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in product development or technical development within footwear environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and commercial functions.
- Basic understanding of materials science, polymer or foam technology, or industrial processes is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on product quality and performance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese to coordinate with local teams and global stakeholders.
- Relevant technical or engineering education (e.g., degree or diploma in engineering, materials, industrial design, or related field) preferred.
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
