Role Description

We are seeking a skilled PCBA Failure Analysis Engineer for an on-site contract role based in Thuận Thành district. This role involves performing in-depth failure analysis on PCB assemblies, isolating faults, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing defective components, using advanced diagnostic tools, and documenting findings in detailed technical reports. The engineer will also work closely with design and fabrication teams to improve product reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years FA experience in circuit failure debug, understanding circuit schematic, proficient in using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, Allegro app and other debugging tools; candidates with experience in NVIDIA product FA will be given priority consideration.
• Capability of welding skills (use soldering iron, hot air gun), be able to rework most parts on the PCBA (except the bigger BGA components).
• Familiar with Linux system usage, operations and command line, be able to understand test scripts and can program simple test scripts.
• Familiar with the production process of NV board production line/factory.
• Data statistics and analysis skills, excel, JMP or other tools.
• Proactive, responsible, and one team spirit in work, can do attitude.
• Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, can speak Chinese is preferred.
• Experience with PCB design, validation/mechanical design/Software skill is a plus.
