Job description
MAIN DUTIES
1. Process Development & Control
- Develop and define process parameters for PCB manufacturing stages (Drilling, Plating, Etching, Lamination, Solder Mask).
- Establish and maintain process control plans and documentation (SOPs, WI, PFMEA, Control Plan).
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) - review customer Gerber/fab data, create routing, and prepare process setup.
- Validate new equipment and materials through process capability studies and trial runs.
2. Process Improvement
- Monitor key process indicators (yield, scrap, cycle time) and drive improvement actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects
- Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Technical Support
- Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production departments to ensure stable operations.
- Train operators and technicians on standard procedures and process changes.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all processes meet IPC, ISO, and customer-specific standards.
- Participate in internal/external audits and corrective actions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
(No experience is required or having experience working in a factory is an advantage.)
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient in Autocad, Solidwork 3D or other layout, 2D, 3D drawing software.
Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, applies to analysis and reporting.
Fluent in English, especially in listening and speaking.
Hands-on, proactive, and quick-learning working style.

8 Hours: 7H30 A.M 4H00 P.M
