The company is PCI DSS level 1 certified, ensuring top-notch security for card data.

Job Summary:

The Job holder is responsible for reconciliating and settlement with Partnership based on final contract and internal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and ensure internal documents to the Accounting Department to make daily/monthly settlement and payment with Partners, all documents of request / responds to partners related the operation work under authorization.
  • Handle settlement/reconciliation task for all transaction types, both on-us and off us transaction to be processed timely, accurately.
  • Resolve dispute/complaint/chargeback transaction of customer, Issuer, Acquirer according to Partner contract, NAPAS requirement, Card International rule.
  • Handle periodic reconciliation and settlement (daily, quarterly, monthly...) with Partnership.
  • Solve unmatched data after reconciliating.
  • Make Minutes of transaction/fee cross-checking between the Company and Partnership.
  • Show initiative in getting the problem solved within the scope of role and responsibility.
  • Develop good relationship with Partners and internal sections/departments to ensure a good cooperation.
  • Contribute expertise and experience towards the achievement of whole section/department objectives.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Banking/Ecommerce products.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
