Main duties:
- Define the project plan and manage project including coordination between multi-stakeholders, maintain project meeting documentation, monitor project status, progress report, risk and issue tracking, supplier/vendors management, coordination, and project communications.
- Participate in the digital transformation/Solution Implementation project as BA who works with business team/department to understand/consolidate/structure their requirements and work with solution vendor to realize them.

- Assist in developing the project report (weekly, monthly, etc.), manage risk & issue and understand & gather change requests during the project.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3–5 years of experience in card banking or payment systems, covering credit card, debit card, prepaid, or virtual card products
- Solid understanding of card lifecycle: application → issuance → activation → transaction processing → billing → repayment → closure.
- Familiarity with card products: credit limits, interest calculation, fee structures, billing cycles, minimum payment rules
- Experience in functional analysis and UAT for payment platform.
- Understanding of integration touchpoints between card/payment system and adjacent systems: Core Banking, LOS, etc.
- Experience conducting SIT and UAT — defining entry/exit criteria, logging defects, tracking resolution
- Ability to map AS-IS vs TO-BE business processes and identify functional gaps
- Experience working with Business, IT, and Vendor teams simultaneously in a project delivery context.
- Basic understanding of local card regulations such as SBV, MPS.
