ABOUT THE POSITION

The Payment Collaborator is responsible for supporting payment processing and financial administration activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transactions. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to collect and verify payment documents, prepare payment requests, monitor payment status, and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collect, review, and verify payment documents, invoices, contracts, and supporting records before submission.
  2. Prepare and process payment requests in accordance with organizational policies and financial procedures.
  3. Track payment progress and coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely settlement.
  4. Maintain accurate records of payments, vendors, and supporting documentation.
  5. Assist in creating vendor profiles and supporting procurement and purchasing processes when required.
  6. Monitor budget utilization and support budget reporting and reconciliation activities.
  7. Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status, required documents, and financial procedures.
  8. Support audits, compliance reviews, and requests for additional financial information.
  9. Prepare periodic payment reports and maintain payment tracking databases.
  10. Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

1. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of financial administration and payment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.

  • Proactive in learning and understanding organizational policies, procedures, and payment processes.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve work processes and efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to both high-level progress and detailed information.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
