SEKO Viet Nam is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant, responsible for all Account Payable tasks, following up the payment to vendors related to business and administration.


I.Responsibilities

  • Lead an end-to-end purchase-to-pay process
  • Perform daily payments to suppliers and manage AP invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform AP reconciliations
  • Check VAT input and VAT declaration between CW and hardcopy invoices
  • Other Ad hoc works as requested by management.


II.Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of professional accounting experience, prefer candidates have experience in logistics/ freight forwarding
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of VAS and Vietnam Tax system, specifically CIT, VAT, FCT


III.Job Skills, Personality and Competencies

  • Can do attitude and improvement mindset.
  • Proactive and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


IV. Working Address & Working Time:

Working at HCM office- The Six8 Building, 24-26 Phan Dinh Giot Street, Ward 02, Tan Binh District, HCMC

Working time: 08h30 to 17h30 from Monday to Friday, Work from home 1 day/ week
