We are looking for a skilled Pattern Maker proficient in Gerber Accumark software to join our technical team. You will work closely with our design and production departments to create high-quality women's fashion products that meet international export standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and develop garment patterns using Gerber Accumark based on design specifications.
- Grade patterns, make adjustments, and ensure accurate fitting and balance.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Support sample production and resolve any pattern-related issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment export industry.
- Proficiency in Gerber Accumark software.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and women's apparel fit.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
