PATTERN DESIGNER

Job Description

• Develop and create garment patterns based on design requirements.
• Work closely with design and production teams to adjust patterns and ensure proper fit.
• Support sample fitting and resolve pattern-related issues during sampling.
• Ensure patterns meet quality standards and are suitable for mass production.

Requirements

• Experience as a Pattern Designer in the fashion/apparel industry.
• Skilled in manual pattern making or CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, etc.).
• Good knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabrics.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
