This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef at Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Pastry Chef will lead the preparation and presentation of a wide range of bakery and pastry items, ensuring high-quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, collaborating with the culinary team, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves creativity in developing new recipes and working closely with other departments to meet guest expectations for events and daily dining.

• Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation
• Demonstrated expertise in Cooking and Culinary Skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities for teamwork
• Experience in creating innovative pastry and dessert recipes
• Formal culinary training or certification in pastry arts is a plus
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting is an advantage
