Jiva Hoa Lư Retreat – a luxury resort under Anh Nguyen LLC – is seeking a Pastry Chef. Main responsibilities include preparing, baking, and decorating pastries, bread, cakes, and desserts according to resort standards; following recipes, ensuring quality control, cost management, and food hygiene and safety compliance. Collaborate with other kitchen sections and perform tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements: Graduate in Culinary Arts/Pastry or holder of a related certificate; 1–2 years of pastry experience in hotels/resorts/restaurants. Solid knowledge of Asian and Western pastry techniques, desserts, bread, and pastry production. Responsible, detail-oriented, creative, a good team player, and able to work under pressure. Prior experience in hotels/resorts is an advantage.
