MAIN TASKS
Monitor and analize all operational KPI and Matrix for Parts Operations in all respective Branches with cooperate closely to PO Supervisor, Manager. Follow all policies and rules from Cat or other vendors/suppliers and Company to assure all activities in PO Department are done with accuracy, effectiveness and in a minimum delay.
- Take charge of inventory analysis, inventory control, creation and management of reports for all kinds of parts.
- Monitor all PEP Matrix and raise proper instructions to the teams.
- Manage pending orders and periodically do reports to Management for proper actions.
- Analysis Back Order and BO Cancellation as well.
- Joint management with PO Supervisors for protective parts.
- Support PO Officer to monitor and manage borrowing parts/orders in all facilities.
- Supervise landed cost for parts importation.
- Monitor delivery cost in monthly basic, both by truck and by courier.
- If needed, contact Suppliers (overseas/domestics) for new route, quotations for long term inquiries, ordering.
- Engage to new project(s) of Parts Operation
- Propose creative solution for performance improvement under her scope.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree preferably in foreign trade and/or Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Work experience in international transportation and logistics field is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in preferably similar field of jobs in a multinational company or previous related working experience in the same level.
- Bureau and communication skills, enthusiastic, honest, outgoing and hardworking.
- Proficiently using PC and related software: E-mail, MS office (especially in Excel), database, analysis tools/application...
- Fluent in English 4 skills
