Job Description

1 Parts Catalog Management

  • Build, update, and maintain the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) for all vehicle models.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of parts data (part numbers, part names, diagrams, installation positions, quantity per vehicle, specifications, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to update technical changes (ECN, ECR, BOM).

Version And Configuration Control

  • Track part design changes (part supersession) and update replacement logic. Notify relevant departments accordingly.
  • Manage part variations by market, model variant, and production year.

Aftersales Technical Support

  • Provide parts information to service centers, parts warehouses, and dealers.
  • Support identification and clarification of difficult-to-locate parts or catalog errors.
  • Contribute to the development of technical aftersales documents, including repair manuals and parts replacement guides.

System Development Coordination

  • Work with IT to develop or maintain EPC systems.
  • Ensure user-friendly interfaces and seamless linkage between images and parts data.

Data Analysis And Continuous Improvement

  • Assess data quality and parts management processes; propose improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze EPC usage frequency to optimize user experience and support supply chain decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience with BOMs, ECNs, or EPC systems is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with large data systems (PDM, PLM, SAP, etc.).
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Automotive Industries (special in Aftersales or Service Parts).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
