Job Description

  • Budget Management
  • Prepare and manage the budget for parts and accessories ordering.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Propose solutions to optimize inventory costs and improve financial efficiency.
  • Analyze demand and place orders for parts and accessories across markets.
  • Set and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels for each Aftersales warehouse.
  • Monitor stock availability and ensure target service level (fill rate) is achieved.
  • Process orders from distributors and service centers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate deliveries of parts and accessories to market warehouses.
  • Manage parts allocation for campaigns and special programs.
  • Handle and resolve order-related issues and complaints from distributors/service centers.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to order fulfillment and inventory performance.
  • Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the development and standardization of order management procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in order coordination, parts management, inventory control, or supply chain (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/SAP/DMS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
