Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Partnerships Specialist with a strong interest in digital healthcare. This role focuses on building and managing partnerships with healthcare organizations (HCOs), hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
The ideal candidate has experience in medicine or the pharmaceutical industry, a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
HCO & Partnership Development
- Reach out to hospitals and medical associations, schedule meetings, and support partnership discussions in coordination with the Regional Partnership Manager
- Participate in HCO meetings, take briefs, track action items, and support partnership implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, KOLs, department heads, and association secretaries
Doctor & KOL Engagement
- Work with influential doctors to open and manage medical channels on the Z-waka platform
- Introduce Z-waka's platform, content formats, and implementation plans tailored to doctors interests
- Support doctors in maintaining regular, high-quality content on the platform
Sponsorship & Industry Collaboration
- Share information with clients about sponsorship programs jointly offered by Z-waka and partner HCOs
- Facilitate collaboration between HCOs, Z-waka, and pharmaceutical partners
- Identify opportunities to increase Z-waka's presence at association events (e.g. scientific congresses, regular conferences), including livestreaming and co-branded activities
Program & Event Implementation
- Support the execution of HCO-related events and programs
- Coordinate closely with the Regional Partnership Manager and internal operations team to ensure smooth delivery
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field (Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related disciplines)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical-related industries
- Strong project management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Startup mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in partnership development and account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Willingness to travel as needed
