Job title:Partnerships Specialist
Working Location: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, An Dong Ward, HCMC
Working Time: 09h00 - 18h00 (T2-T6)
In this role, you will focus on assisting with developing and managing strategic partnerships with payment gateways, platforms, banks, and financial institutions. You will work closely with the Business Development team to build strong relationships, support key account initiatives, and contribute to expanding our business network.
Accountabilities
Key Account Management
- Assist in managing relationships with key merchants in high-priority categories, aiming to increase GMV and drive mutual success.
- Handle the end-to-end process for key accounts acquired through strategic networkingfrom commercial negotiation and contract signing to technical integration and post-launch performance tracking.
Partnership Management
- Manage partnerships with platforms (e.g., Haravan, Sapo) and payment gateways to expand Fundiin's merchant network through scalable partnership models.
- Work directly with CEO, assist in coordinating incubation projects with banks and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Finance, Operations) to support smooth partnership integration and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in banking, financial services, and fintech, focusing on business development or partnership management.
- Understanding financial services products and familiarity with growth levers such as adoption strategies, engagement tactics, and risk management approaches.
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (especially working directly with technical & product teams)
- Strong data analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving. Be able to work independently in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
