Role Overview
bTaskee is looking for a Partnership Management (Operation) to join our International Project - a pivotal role that acts as the bridge between the Head Office and local teams in overseas markets. This position is critical during the building and stabilization phase of our international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Enablement
- Train and support local teams on bTaskee's products, operational processes, and service standards;
- Develop training materials and implementation guidelines tailored to each market;
- Ensure local staff have a clear understanding of systems, tools, and operational KPIs;
- Organize online/offline training sessions as needed.
- Operations Building & Support
- Develop product processes and define key initiatives to support app development;
- Closely monitor day-to-day operations of assigned markets;
- Support the resolution of issues related to products and operational processes.
- Planning & Execution Tracking
- Track implementation progress and ensure timely delivery against set timelines;
- Evaluate execution effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Local Team Development & Support
- Address inquiries from local teams related to systems, products, and operational processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Sales;
- Strong training, presentation, and communication skills;
- Proficient in English across all four skills - listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
- Proactive, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-growing environment.
- Have a personal laptop;
- Bonus: Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
