Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including KOLs/KOCs and other stakeholders.

Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's goals. Planned and implemented effective marketing and business strategies in collaboration with key partners.

Take responsibility for the planning, executing, and delivering partnership projects. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Oversee and nurture social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) through regular content posting, engagement, and performance analysis.

Design, launch, and manage campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Supervise and guide junior team members, including interns or assistants, to ensure the smooth operation of all partnership-related activities.

Regularly track, report, and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns and provide insights to improve future initiatives.

Manage and liaise with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience in partnership management, business development, or account management, ideally in a digital marketing or social media environment.

Utilize your established network of KOLs/KOCs to identify opportunities for collaboration

Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a solid understanding

of social media trends and content creation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially in Excel for tracking project

data and reports.

Skilled in project/campaign management, strategic planning, negotiation and team coordination

Previous experience managing inventory, resources, and budgets for projects, and editing short video experience is a plus.
