Job Description

Responsibilities And Duties

As the role of Partnership Development Executive, you will be fully in charge for:

  • Identify, approach and build strategic partnerships with enterprises, organizations, conferences, business communities and professional networks to expand collaboration opportunities for the company;
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with external partners including businesses, industry associations, event organizers and strategic communities;
  • Proactively manage the partnership process, including partner outreach, negotiation, preparation of documents, agreement signing and implementation;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives and alignment with the company's business objectives;
  • Initiate and support co-branding or co-marketing activities with partners through events, conferences, joint campaigns or other collaborative initiatives;
  • Research and identify potential partnership opportunities through industry events, forums, conferences and professional networks;
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activities, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement;
  • Report directly to the Head of Department, providing regular updates on partnership progress, activities and outcomes.

Qualifications And Skills

Must to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administrations or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in partnership development, business development or strategic collaborations;
  • Experience working with enterprises, organizations, communities or event partners is preferred;
  • Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills;
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and results-oriented mindset;
  • Have a personal laptop.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with industry events, conferences or community partnerships;
  • Understanding of co-marketing or brand partnership strategies;
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously;
  • Communicate level of English.
