Job Purpose

Drive end-to-end solutioning and delivery for bancassurance initiatives by bridging Business and Technology.

Translate business needs into scalable, efficient technology solutions to improve customer experience and sales performance.

Manage change activities after product launch, including communication, adoption support, and post-launch stabilization.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Problem Framing l
- Work with Banca, Sales, Ops, Marketing to understand business objectives

- Analyze customer journey and identify pain points

- Challenge and refine requirements to ensure feasibility and impact

Expected deliverables: Clearly documented business objectives, customer journey pain points, prioritized problem statements, and refined requirements agreed with relevant stakeholders.

2. Requirement Documentation l
- Prepare Business requirement

- Develop process flows

- Ensure requirements are clear and implementable

Expected deliverables: Complete business requirement documents, process flows, and implementation-ready requirement packages with clear acceptance criteria and stakeholder sign-off.


3. Stakeholder Bridging l

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Communicate constraints, trade-offs, and timelines

- Align stakeholders across Business, IT, and Partners


Expected deliverables: Technical specification inputs, agreed trade-off decisions, aligned timelines, and documented stakeholder agreements across Business, IT, and partners.


4. Project Management & Delivery Ownership l

- Define project scope, timeline, and milestones

- Track end-to-end delivery from requirement to go-live

- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies

- Manage stakeholder communication and project updates

- Control scope changes and assess impact

- Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness, and issue resolution


Expected deliverables: Approved project scope, integrated delivery plan, milestone tracker, risk and dependency log, change impact assessment, UAT readiness checklist, go-live plan, and regular project status updates.


5. UAT & Implementation l

- Define test scenarios and support UAT execution

- Ensure defect resolution before go-live

- Support go-live and post-launch stabilization


Expected deliverables: UAT test scenarios, defect tracker, sign-off status, go-live readiness confirmation, post-launch issue log, and stabilization report.


6. Continuous Improvement l

- Perform Change management plan


- Monitor performance metrics

- Propose enhancements to improve CX and efficiency

Expected deliverables: Change management plan, performance dashboard or tracking report, post-launch improvement recommendations, and prioritized enhancement backlog to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Job Accountability

This role is accountable for ensuring that assigned projects are delivered with consistent execution discipline, transparent progress tracking, efficient coordination, and clear KPI alignment from requirement definition through post-launch stabilization.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Internal stakeholders: Partnership Distribution, Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and senior leadership teams.

xternal stakeholders: bank partners, technology vendors, implementation partners, and other relevant third parties.

  • Regional stakeholders: regional business, technology, and governance teams involved in project delivery or approval.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Finance, Banking, Insurance or related fields.
  • Project Management Professional certification is an advantage.
  • Scrum or other Agile certifications are an advantage.

Knowledge and skill - Intermediate level
1. Business & Domain l

- Understand banca model and insurance products

- Understand sales funnel and customer journey

2. Technical l

- Basi understanding of API, integration, and data flow

- Basic knowledge of database and system architecture

- Familiar with Agile/Scrum

3. Analytical Thinking l

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

- Translate business problems into solutions

4. Stakeholder Management l

- Strong communication across all levels

- Ability to manage conflicts and drive alignment








5. Change management l

- Having strong knowledge of change management

Competency

Leadership Capability Model - Advanced level.

English - speaking and writing - Advanced level.
