Key Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Create and refine high-impact PowerPoint presentations that showcase our event concepts and partnership opportunities (clean, modern, and energetic layouts).
- Partnership Support: Assist the team in identifying potential sponsors and strategic partners across various industries.
- Market Insight: Keep a pulse on the latest sports trends and brand activities to support our outreach strategy.
- Proposal Coordination: Help prepare documents and logistics to ensure every partnership pitch runs smoothly.
- Direct Sales Support: Accompany and assist the Sales Director in client meetings, site visits, and partnership negotiations. Learn the art of closing the deal firsthand.
Requirements
- PowerPoint Expert: You have a pro level in PPT—able to transform ideas into stunning, professional slides.
- Experience: Preference for those who have led or joined similar projects (university clubs, non-profits, or previous internships).
- Passion: A strong desire to build a career in Sales & Partnerships within the sports and event industry.
- Communication: Proactive, confident, and fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
