Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Partnership & B2B Specialist role based in Biên Hòa. The Partnership & B2B Specialist will identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients and strategic partners to expand PNJ's corporate and wholesale customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Identify and develop partnerships with organizations that share similar customer segments.
  • Coordinate collaboration programs between partners and our retail network.
  • Organize networking events and business engagement activities.

B2B Business Development

  • Develop and execute B2B sales plans for targeted customer segments.
  • Propose and implement B2B sales programs and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage the sales process, including customer consultation, quotations, negotiations, and contract follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and customer engagement programs.
  • Evaluate customer value propositions and contribute to maximizing marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, jewelry, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry products.
