Adecco's client - a global affiliate marketing company, is hiring Partners Development Executive to help them expand their community by scouting, engaging, and managing Vietnam partners. This role involves building trusted relationships with B2B partners who are willing to provide high-quality, verified users on the platforms and ensure active participation.
- Working hour: Remote 100%
- Salary: Up to 1000$ + Incentives
Responsibilities
1. Partner Acquisition & Development
- Identify and approach potential business partners in Vietnam.
- Research and evaluate partner needs, and propose tailored strategies for collaboration.
- Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
2. Onboarding & Handover
- Coordinate partner onboarding and deliver necessary training.
- Ensure smooth transition of new partners to the Customer Success team.
3. Market & Business Insights
- Keep track of industry and market trends, particularly in the social network, advertising, and digital space.
- Share insights to improve business development strategies.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports on individual performance and partnership results.
- Monitor progress against business development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (preferably in digital, advertising, or marketing industries).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; confident in negotiations.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese; able to use English as a working language.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
