  • Identify, onboard and manage strategic partners within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with platforms/marketplaces, ads agencies, logistics partners and cross-border seller communities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners and maintain regular engagement.
  • Understand partner business models and align company solutions to support their merchant base.
  • Develop joint engagement plans, including education sessions, co-marketing initiatives and ecosystem programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Key Account, Product, Operations and Technology) to support partner needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation for new partners.
  • Monitor partner activity and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration.
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights to improve internal processes and product offerings.
  • Maintain structured tracking of partner pipeline, engagement status and performance.
  • Represent the company at partner events, workshops and industry forums.
  • Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory, AML and internal policies.
  • Maintain strong internal collaboration to deliver a consistent partner experience.
  • Contribute to partnership strategy and ecosystem expansion planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Account Management or Business Development within fintech, payments or cross-border e-commerce.
  • Good understanding of the cross-border seller ecosystem and marketplace environment.
  • Experience managing partner relationships and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (online and offline).
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable working across internal teams to resolve partner issues.
  • Commercial awareness without heavy reliance on direct PnL ownership.
  • Self-driven, proactive and relationship-focused mindset.
  • High integrity with strong compliance and risk awareness.
