As a Supply Partner Acquisiton Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end journey of driver acquisition and activation. From designing multi-channel growth campaigns to delivering world-class onboarding experiences, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our supply and shaping every first impression drivers have of BE GROUP.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Plan and execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns (digital, partnerships, referrals, offline) to grow our driver base.
- Analyze the cost-effectiveness and scalability of acquisition channels and drive data-based decision making.
- Design and manage the entire onboarding flow, ensuring drivers are trained and ready to go life efficiently.
- Lead and develop a team of 5–10 acquisition and onboarding specialists to hit key growth metrics.
- Monitor onboarding quality through driver feedback and performance data and refine processes to deliver an excellent partner experience.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Support to ensure a seamless and consistent driver journey.

- How do we scale driver acquisition quickly while keeping the onboarding experience simple and positive
- How do we localize recruitment campaigns for different regions and growth phases
- How do we reduce CPA (cost per activation) while ensuring driver quality
- What metrics help us measure the first-week experience of a new driver — and how do we improve them
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, partner growth, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
- Experience leading teams and managing performance in growth operations.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels or campaign metrics is a plus.
Bonus Points
- Experience in O2O platforms such as ride-hailing, delivery, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Prior exposure to startup environments or high-growth operations.
- Experience in building and managing onboarding systems or workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or recruitment dashboards is a plus.
