POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and dynamic academic professionals to deliver high-quality education in their area of expertise. This role encompasses teaching and tutoring assigned courses, inspiring student engagement through innovative pedagogical approaches, and providing academic guidance and mentorship.

The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, manage course administration, and ensure accurate and timely assessment, grading, and feedback. This position plays a key role in maintaining the academic excellence of our programs and ensuring alignment with the university's mission, core values, and strategic objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Essential

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline area from an internationally recognised institution.
• Sufficient breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline to develop teaching programmes and the provision of learning support.
• At least three years experience of teaching or equivalent industry training in relevant subject areas.
• Ability to use a range of up-to-date delivery techniques to enthuse and engage students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to students and colleagues.
• Clean police record

Desirable

• PhD degree in relevant discipline from an internationally recognised institution
• Research output in relevant fields in reputable outlets.
• Evidence of excellent teaching identified by peer review.
• Experience of living and working in Vietnam or Asia
• Experience of teaching, curriculum development and quality assurance and enhancement in a higher education environment.
• Evidence of a positive impact at a discipline or programme level beyond own teaching
• Higher education teaching qualification, recognition, or accreditation.
