What This Role Is
This role is focused entirely on managing comments, engaging with audiences, and helping content perform better after it's posted. You are not editing videos, creating graphics, or scripting content. Your job is to protect the brand, respond thoughtfully, and help posts get more reach through smart engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reply to comments on:
- YouTube
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- LinkedIn (as needed)
- Like, pin, and highlight strong comments
- Flag spam, inappropriate comments, or issues that need escalation
- Encourage positive conversation and engagement
- Help optimize posts after publishing:
- Suggest better captions, hashtags, pinned comments
- Identify which posts are getting traction and why
- Track basic engagement patterns and report weekly insights
What This Role Does NOT Do
- No video editing
- No graphic design
- No content filming
- No scheduling posts
Ideal Candidate
- Strong written English (Vietnamese a plus)
- Comfortable online and on social platforms
- Detail-oriented and respectful in public communication
- Understands tone, brand voice, and professionalism
- Curious about why content performs well
- Reliable and responsive
Time Commitment
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Estimated 10 to 20 hours per week
