Karpos Studio is a Vietnam-based design studio specializing in U.S. political campaign marketing. We create direct mailers, postcards, yard signs, digital graphics, and more. Our clients are based in the U.S., so we need production support during their business hours.
Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Night Production Artist (InDesign Specialist) to join our team. The role is focused on production, revisions, and preparing print-ready files not concept development. Perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and highly skilled in Adobe InDesign.
Schedule
- Remote, part-time
- Hours: 12am 5am (Vietnam time), MondayFriday
- Approximately 25 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Execute design revisions and updates in Adobe InDesign (mailers, postcards, flyers, yard signs, etc.)
- Prepare production-ready files that meet print specifications
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client brand guidelines
- Communicate progress and updates via Notion/Slack/Email
- Handover completed files to the daytime team at end of shift
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred)
- Experience with print production workflows (bleeds, CMYK, prepress)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently at night
- Strong English reading/understanding (writing and speaking are a plus)
