This is a remote position.

Job Overview

IADCX is hiring a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads and schedule product demos for our AI-powered SaaS platforms, including Payobook AI.

This role requires fluency in both English and Vietnamese, as you will engage with local and regional prospects across Vietnam and Asia.

Your primary responsibility is to generate and convert leads into 4–5 qualified product demos per week through structured outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target companies (250–1000 employees) in Vietnam and Asia
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Communicate effectively in Vietnamese (local prospects) and English (regional/global prospects)
  • Execute structured outreach sequences (connect → message → follow-up)
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule and confirm product demos (weekly KPI: 4–5 demos)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho CRM or similar)
  • Coordinate with sales team for demo handover
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • 4–5 qualified demos scheduled per week
  • Consistent pipeline of qualified leads
  • Outreach activity volume and response rates
  • Lead-to-demo conversion


Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years in lead generation / SDR / inside sales
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Self-driven with ability to meet weekly targets
Preferred (Good to Have)
  • Experience in SaaS / HR Tech / Payroll solutions
  • Understanding of B2B sales process
  • Experience targeting mid-sized companies
