As the IT Support at KKday Vietnam, you will be responsible for:
- After new equipment is shipped, prepare and confirm the condition of the computer equipment and hand over to HR
- Receive returned used equipment, assess condition, restore to original settings, and ensure proper cleaning
- Perform inventory management operations, including inventory checks and equipment tracking
- Oversee the repair and retrieval of damaged computer equipment with Apple Authorised Service Centre
- Assist the Headquarters IT in identifying user and equipment issues and troubleshooting basic office network problems
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must
- Be able to communicate in Chinese
- Be familiar with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Be able to work independently and learn proactively
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site at KKday Hanoi Office
- Available one full day per week or two half days per week (total 8 hours)
Nice-to-have Skills
- Familiarity with MacBook operations and application installation
- IT-related background or experience in assembling computers
Your Compensation And Benefits Include
- Hourly rate: 85,000 VND (Gross)
