We're looking for a Part time Customer Support Rep. This person will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage all incoming messages from 12 pm (PST) – 4 pm (PST) (3am – 7 am Vietnam time), Monday – Saturday
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
