Job Description

Help parents understand how children learn, grow and thrive

Vinschool is entering a new chapter in its development, guided by our renewed direction of Advancing Human Intelligence.

As part of this journey, we are strengthening the partnership between school and family by helping parents better understand how children learn and develop, what high-quality education looks like, and how they can support their children effectively at home.

We are looking for a Parent Partnership Coordinator with a strong interest and understanding of education to help develop and coordinate Vinschool's parent education initiatives.

You do not need to have worked specifically in parent education before. This role may particularly suit a young education professional or a recent graduate with a strong academic background in Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Child Development or a related field, including those who have studied internationally and are looking to bring contemporary educational thinking into practice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Parent Learning & Partnership Programs

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of Vinschool's learning programs for parents across different age groups.
  • Work with academic leaders, educators and specialists to identify relevant topics and learning needs for parents.
  • Support the design of parent learning journeys through online learning, seminars, workshops, talks and practical resources.
  • Coordinate parent education initiatives across campuses and ensure consistency with Vinschool's educational philosophy and Rebrand direction.

Educational Research & Content Development

  • Research current thinking and credible evidence on learning, child development, parenting, wellbeing and future readiness.
  • Translate educational research and complex concepts into clear, practical and engaging content for parents.
  • Develop and curate parent education content in different formats, including articles, short videos, online modules, toolkits and learning resources.
  • Ensure content is evidence-informed, relevant and accessible to a non-specialist audience.

Parent Partnership & Engagement

  • Contribute to the development of Vinschool's approach to Parent Partnership.
  • Work with campuses to understand parent needs, questions and emerging areas of interest.
  • Help create opportunities for meaningful dialogue between parents, educators and specialists.
  • Collect feedback and insights to continuously improve parent education programmes.

Program Coordination & Evaluation

  • Coordinate internal experts, school leaders, teachers and external speakers involved in parent education activities.
  • Manage program schedules, content development, communication and implementation.
  • Monitor participation, feedback and programme effectiveness.
  • Use evidence and data to recommend improvements and future parent education priorities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong academic foundation or demonstrated understanding of education, learning, child development or educational psychology.
  • Degree in Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, Child Development or a related field is highly desirable.
  • International education or study experience is an advantage.
  • Strong curiosity about how children learn, how education is changing and how families can effectively support learning and development.
  • Ability to research, understand and critically evaluate educational information and evidence.
  • Ability to translate complex educational ideas into simple, engaging and practical content for parents.
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Good programme/project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Confident working with educators, specialists, parents and different internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Vietnamese and good English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in parent education is not required. Experience in education, educational content, research, programme development, communications or community engagement is an advantage.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is curious about education, intellectually strong and excited by new ideas about how children learn and develop.

You may be at an early stage of your career. What matters more to us is your ability to think critically, learn quickly, research deeply and communicate complex educational ideas in ways that parents can understand and use.

You should enjoy connecting ideas with people: working with educators and specialists to understand the evidence, and then turning that knowledge into meaningful learning experiences for families.

At Vinschool, parent partnership is more than keeping parents informed.

It is about helping families become informed and confident partners in their child's learning and development.
