Our client - An international law firm in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking a Paralegal to support its legal team on a broad range of matters. This role offers hands-on exposure to both Vietnamese and cross-border legal work in a collaborative and professional environment, with opportunities for learning and development alongside experienced lawyers.
What you'll do
- Support lawyers in preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory submissions.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents, and summarise findings clearly.
- Translate legal documents and correspondence between Vietnamese and English accurately.
- Maintain and organise case files, manage deadlines, and assist with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks.
- Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and authorities as required to ensure smooth case progression.
What you bring
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or higher degree in Law.
- 1-2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or similar legal environment.
- Strong written and spoken English, particularly in a legal context.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and interest in developing a long-term legal career.
