- At least 2 years of experience in spray painting, with equipment maintenance experience.
- Proficient in automatic painting line operations, capable of independently adjusting spray guns.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of industrial coatings/paints.

- Detail-oriented with good communication skills; able to adapt to shift work.
- Basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
- Work areas include the paint mixing room and spray booth; required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Independently perform product appearance setup and adjustment according to customer requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot abnormal or unexpected issues, identify root causes, and demonstrate the ability to implement corrective and improvement actions.
