Summary
The Paint Technician performs operations to prepare products for painting in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for PT Spray/OVEN/Conveyor.
- Responsible for Powder & Liquid application make Wagner Germany.
- Responsible for Pre-treatment, Powder and Liquid Paint system Daily and Weekly Cleaning Activities.
- Daily meeting and Production Monitoring.
- On hand, experience of liquid line operating and trouble shooting.
- Responsible for Painting Setup for New wheels by Trail
- Shop floor improvements through Kaizen activities.
- Analyzing defects and taking corrective action.
- 5S activities.
- Responsible for production documentation.
- Responsible for internal & customer audits activities.
- Responsible for incoming and final inspection.
- Responsible of short term and long-term paint test of wheels.
- Coordinate with all departments about rejection to control.
- Responsible for rework and polishing process and controlling
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Possess mechanical aptitude
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to read and understand English language
- Vocational School Diploma or equivalent
