Job Description:
- Work in the paint mixing room and spray booth; required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Independently complete product appearance adjustment and paint tuning according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot abnormal or unexpected issues during the painting process, identify root causes, and implement corrective and improvement actions.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of experience in painting/spraying operations, with basic equipment maintenance or troubleshooting experience.
- Proficient in automatic painting line processes and able to independently adjust and set up spray guns.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of coatings, paints, and related materials.
- Lanague: basic English /or Chinese communication skill.
