Job title: Painting Booth Planner
Working schedule:
- 44 hours/week (Off Saturday & Sunday)
Job purpose:
- Responsible for planning and scheduling painting booth utilization to ensure production progress, optimize capacity, and maintain paint quality standards in accordance with aerospace industry requirements.
Job description:
- Monitor the entire technological flow in the Surface Treatment department and ensure all processes are planned effectively.
- Develop and implement production plans based on application requirements, collaborating with the production team to address delays and meet targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Keep information panels up to date with relevant data.
- Operate and maintain the Epicor ERP system, track production data, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the quality department to plan and monitor sample orders, tests, and qualifications throughout the production process.
- Oversee production progress, verifying adherence to established plans and timelines for work orders.
- Address any non-conformities in the manufacturing process, re-planning work orders as necessary.
- Analyze work order history to implement improvements in planning and production processes.
- Modify production plans in response to maintenance needs, production issues, and directives from management, ensuring all personnel are informed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations (painting/surface treatment experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and WIP control.
- Able to manage production schedules, handle work orders, analyze production data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, proactive, and eager to learn.
